‘Zero’ Tolerance Culture Program : The audience learns depth as the program starts from the fundamentals of D&I; the decision-makers can re-look at the policies take course correction. The program also nurtures the ‘Zero tolerance’ culture and builds a solid communication plan across the enterprise.

Break the Bias : The program discusses in-depth various biases impacts through role-play, case studies, and storytelling. Self-awareness, ability to identify, label, and take corrective actions to break the bias.
